Welcome to St. Louis Qigong
in the Park!

Qigong in the Park was created by the St. Louis Taoist Association to promote health, longevity and the joy of life to the St. Louis community through the ancient Chinese exercise called Qigong (chee-gong).

Qigong in the Park is totally FREE for all those who want to particpate and learn.

We meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from
11 a.m. - Noon in front of the Muny at Forest Park. In case of an event at that location we meet at the handball courts next to the visitor center located next to the History Museum.

Who Are We?

Qigong in the Park was created by the St. Louis Taoist Association director, Tim Bruewer. Mr. Bruewer's passion for teaching Chinese health practices led him to take his teaching to a new level by offering FREE classes to the St. Louis community.

The St. Louis community is made up of many cultures and people. We have a strong sense of family and pride for our city. Qigong in the Park is another way that we can come together and learn how we can make ourselves and our city a healthier and more energetic place to live.
